Corrections and rights notices

False confidence is the most serious MenuBrief failure. We welcome specific corrections, newer evidence, and rights concerns.

Report restaurant or protocol information

Email hello@menubrief.com with the restaurant and location, affected protocol, result or claim, source URL or photo, source date, and what should change. A submission is a research lead—not an automatic approval. MenuBrief may quarantine, expire, revoke, correct, or remove a result while reviewing it.

Urgent safety concerns

Use “URGENT SAFETY” in the subject line when displayed guidance could create an immediate food-allergy, cross-contact, or health risk. Do not rely on MenuBrief to resolve an immediate medical situation; contact the restaurant or emergency services as appropriate.

Copyright and trademark notices

Send the URL or card name, the work or mark involved, your contact information, the basis for the claim, and supporting documentation. We may remove or restrict disputed material while reviewing it. This process does not waive legal rights or create an admission.

What happens next

We may verify the source independently, contact the establishment, downgrade the result to neutral discovery, mark evidence disputed, expire or revoke favorable status, and record the review decision. Coverage goals never override evidence requirements.
